Quick Summer Pasta

So many beautiful ingredients to cook with it's almost overwhelming! This pasta dish was quick and easy to make.  ENJOY!

1 Box Pasta, Cooked and set aside
4 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced in Half
4 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 Cup Italian Parsley
8-12 Basil Leaves, Thinly Sliced
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Splash of Red Wine, use whatever you are drinking... wink wink 
Pecorino Romano 

Heat the pan and add the oil...

Add the Tomatoes, Garlic, and Parsley...

Add Oregano, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt and Pepper to taste... 

This is what Momma was drinking tonight and this is what I used... 

Chop up your basil.... 

Add about 1/2 Cup of wine... so need to measure... just eyeball it!

Cook on high for about 2-3 minutes to cook off the alcohol... 

Add the pasta and the basil... toss!
