Elotes

Elotes.... YUM!!! This is very traditional in Mexico!  You must try!

Sweet Corn
Salt
Water
Butter
Mayonaise
Powdered Pecorino Cheese
Powder Chile Pepper

Clean your corn well.... 

Put in a large pot and fill with water and add the salt... 

Spread the butter... then the mayo.... sprinkle the cheese... and the chile powder.... 

CRAZY GOOD... Make it vegan by using Earths Balance and Vegan Mayo...
