I had all these amazing ingredients in the garden and I could not help myself. When I was little I spent my summers in Chihuahua Mexico. Salsa's are commonly cooked and prepared this way.
5 Jalapeno, Steams Removed
8 Yellow Peppers or Banana Peppers, Steams Removed
1 Onion, Cut into Fourths
1 Large Tomato, sliced in Half
1 Tablespoon Tomato Flavored Bouillon
4 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
1 Teaspoon Oregano
Cook the vegetables (except the cilantro) with the oil for about 10-15 minutes on Medium Heat.
Blend the cooked veggies, tomato bouillon, oregano and cilantro.
