Fergie's Cesar Chicken Tostadas

Total impromptu dinner... and it was AWESOME!!!  I just thought of it this afternoon while starting at defrosted chicken wondering what the heck I was going to make for my ravenous children.
It was a smashing hit.  Everyone loved it.

Boneless Skinless Chicken (I used thighs)
Cesar Dressing
Corn Tostadas
Refried Beans
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Lettuce
Salsa

I know I have brought it up before but you can find these vacuum sealed bags
of chicken at Target... it has no additives or hormones and is very tasty!

This is the Cesar Dressing I use at home, you can use any kind you
have handy. (This one is from WholeFoods)

Place the chicken in a pan and generously pour dressing over the chicken...
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncovered...

After 30 minus remove from oven and tilt so you can remove the excess liquid...
Place the oven on Broil...

Pour a little more dressing over the chicken and place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes...
Do not leave the oven... check after 3 minutes and take out if necessary.

This what your finished product should look like...

Allow to cool for a bit and chop...

Comes out so tasty and succulent...

Build your tostadas with all the toppings you like (I posted our favorites above)
