1 4-6 lb Corned Beef or Brisket
2 Cups of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Spicy Mustard
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Whole Onion, Sliced
2 Teaspoons Pepper
2 Teaspoons Pepper
Gather your ingredients...
I used an enameled cast iron pan... you can use any kind of pan, if you choose one that is very
thick it will not burn.
This is messy.... just get in there with your hands and rub that baby all around...
Because I used a pan I just put the lid on... you can cover with foil and bake at 275 for 3 hours...
take out of oven, uncover and turn ... recover and bake at 375 for an additional 2 hours...
This is what you end up with...
When done remove cover and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing...
