Petite Peas & Leeks

Nothing like a quick, tasty side dish.

2 Leeks, Washed and Sliced Thin
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Bag Petite Peas, I used frozen from Trader Joes (my favorite)
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Heat Olive Oil in Pan and add the Leeks...

Cook on high for  about 5-6 minutes...

Add Garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the frozen Peas... Salt and Pepper to taste...

Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Absolutely PERFECT!!!
