Spinach and Garlic Large Shells

So I try to empty my pantry & fridge a few times a year...Start fresh, do some meal planning. I made this pasta dish with things I just found.  The large shells look so pretty.  Obviously you can make this with any type of pasta... wheat... rice.... Here is what you will need.

1 Box of Pasta (I used Large Shells)
1 Large Can Diced Tomato's
1 About 5-6 Cups Chopped Spinach
1 Small Can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
Fresh Italian Parsley. finely chopped
5-6 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Teaspoon Chile Flakes
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Boil your pasta... usually for 8-12 minutes, just follow the directions on the package
In a Large skillet heat about 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil, throw all ingredients in and cook for about 2 minutes.  Drain the pasta and toss the mixtures... Serve right away.

Simple... takes less than 20 minutes to make this dish... I would have added some fresh Basil but was fresh out... get creative.
