This is the amount of Vegetables I drank just for breakfast! On any given day you will find me drinking a combination of the following.
Kale
Wheatgrass
Spinach
Romaine Lettuce
Parsley
Ginger
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Pears
Green Apples
Beets
Lemon
Grapes
Wheatgrass and Kale are my 2 Favorites!!!
