I am so pleased and grateful for my beautiful box of goodness!!! By joining a Co-Op or CSA not only are you supporting our local farmers, but you are also getting the freshest, organic, less traveled fruits and vegetables! I will be posting recipes all week which will be inspired from my Harvest 2 U box.
