Keeping Green Veggies and Fresh Herbs Crispy and Fresh!!!

So I usually purchase a lot of veggies at one time... and I have tried many methods to keeping them fresh... green bags, crisper drawer, special containers... no luck :(  I have been using this method for some time now and it works very well for me. This will keep your veggies nice and ready to eat for 7-10 days.

Lay out a couple of paper towels

Lay your washed lettuce ... make sure they are pretty wet.

Roll up and place in labeled plastic bag

Same with the Kale...

Same with mixed lettuce

Swiss Chard

Roll up and bag

Here is all my veggies and herbs, washed and ready for use.
