Fergie's Left Over Turkey Breakfast Hash

And so it begins... THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS!  My kids know not to complain!  I made this for breakfast and it was super yummy!  They loved it and got seconds! 

4 Potatoes, Diced Small 
1/2 Red Onion, Diced Small 
2 Cups Turkey, Diced Small 
Lawry's to Taste
Pepper to Taste 
2-4 Tablespoons Cooking Oil, I use Grapeseed Oil 

Chop everything very small ... 

Heat the oil and add all the ingredients... 

Cover and cook on medium heat.  Set timer for 5 minutes... 

Stir and it is ready... 

Cook your eggs over medium or over easy... (I use Pam) 

Serve over the hash... and enjoy... 

Simple, Quick and delicious.  This dish took 10 minutes to make... !
