I know... recipe name is sort of silly... but that is what this this!!!!! Tuscan Kale, and Broccoli sauteed with Cannellini Beans. Simple, savory and a super meal!
6-8 Tuscan Kale Leaves, Chopped
2-4 Cups Broccoli, Chopped
1/2 Large Sweet Onion, Sliced
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1 Can Organic Cannellini Beans
2-4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Chop up all your veggies...
Heat a large skillet and add the oil.... Add all the veggies...
and the garlic... Cook on high heat for about 3-5 minutes...
Add the drained Cannellini Beans... Cook for another 2-3 minutes...
Can it get any easier???
