Fergies Bomb Turkey Lentil Chili

I had a crazy busy day today and knew I would not have time to make dinner.  I threw these ingredients in my pressure cooker and crossed my fingers. Don't worry if you don't have a pressure cooker... you can make this in a crock pot or even stove top.

1 Lb Ground Turkey or Ground Turkey Breast
1 Whole Onion, Diced
3 Carrots, Peeled and Diced
3 Celery, Diced
1 1/2 Cups Lentils, Uncooked
5 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Tomato or Chicken Powdered Bouillon
2 Teaspoons Paprika
2 Teaspoons Chile Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Crushed Pepper (more if you would like some extra heat)

1 Can Roasted Tomatos with Green Chile (I used Trader Joes Brand but you can use Rotel)
1 Small Bag Frozen Sweet Corn, Optional

Stovetop Instructions:
Throw all of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 45-60 minutes or until lentils are tender .

Pressure Cooker Instructions:
Throw all of the ingredients into pressure cooker.
Set to 35 minutes and allow the pressure cooker to depressurize.

Crock Pot:
Throw all of the ingredients into the Crock Pot.
Set to 6-8 hours.

My daughter called it "Magic" in a bowl....!!!
