Clean Eating Veggie Puree Base

I have been cooking all weekend for the whole week.  I made this Veggie Base that you can make in advanced that you can incorporate into most of my CE recipes. So when you hear me refer to my Veggie Base.. this is what I am talking about.  You can also eat this on its own, especially if you are doing a detox. 

5 Carrots
1 Sweet Potato 
1 White/Yellow Onion
7-8 Celery Stalks
2 Zucchini/Squash
4 Cloves of Garlic

Peel and wash veggies, chop and steam until just fork tender.  Do not overcook.  I cooked for 8 minutes in the pressure cooker using about 1/2 cup of water.  Blend the veggies until you get a "Babyfood" consistency.   You can add some of the cooking liquid if you need to.   Store in fridge for up to 7 days... I hope you use it before that though!

I also cooked some garbanzo beans and some aduzuki beans for the week.
