CE has been fun so far because I am very comfortable cooking this awesome food. I made some garbanzo beans and want to use them as much as possible because of their high protein content. Cooking with no salt is not bad if you spice things up!
1 Cup CE Veggie Base
1/2 Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Pound of Organic Ground Chicken Breast
1 Cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Cup Water
Heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, and chicken
Begin to brown and add the spices...
Add the puree and the garbanzo beans...
Add the water... and simmer for about 5 minutes...
